Prohibits causing, soliciting, or permitting any child to engage in sexually explicit conduct or simulations for purposes of creating visual depictions.

Prohibits photographing, filming, or otherwise depicting a child engaging in sexually explicit conduct or simulations.

Prohibits knowingly sending, transporting, transmitting, or receiving visual depictions of actual children engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

Expands possession offense to include "knowingly access with intent to view" any visual depiction of an actual child engaging in sexually explicit conduct, in addition to possession.

Prohibits enticing, inducing, or coercing a child to produce visual depictions of adult sexual conduct or sexually explicit conduct; effective July 1, 2013.
