Extends the repeal date for medical radiation technologist registration statutes from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2015 under Mississippi Code sections 41-58-1, 41-58-3, and 41-58-5.

Reduces Medical Radiation Advisory Council membership from 10 to 9 members by eliminating the limited x-ray machine operator position.

Clarifies that limited x-ray machine operators are excluded from performing fluoroscopic procedures (both stationary and mobile C-arm) and contrast studies.

Transfers submission of continuing education documentation for limited x-ray machine operators from the State Department of Health to the State Board of Medical Licensure.

Removes requirements for dental, chiropractic, and medical boards to annually certify exempt practitioners and submit lists to the department.
