Designates three segments of roads in DeSoto County as the "Delta Bluffs Scenic Byway" pursuant to Mississippi scenic byway law, including a northern branch connecting Austin Road to the Great River Road National Scenic Byway through Walls, a central branch along Mississippi Highway 301 to Arkabutla Lake, and an east-west branch from Interstate 55 in Hernando to Bluff Road.

Designates Mississippi Highway 6 within Panola County as the "Military Order of the Purple Heart Highway."

Requires the Mississippi Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the Military Order of the Purple Heart Highway segment.

Effective upon passage.
