Requires vehicles operating on public roads, streets, or highways to operate front and rear lamps during sunset to sunrise and whenever precipitation or other conditions necessitate the use of windshield wipers.

Prohibits vehicle operators from using only parking lights or auxiliary driving lamps during times when full front and rear lamps are required by this section.

Establishes that violation of these headlight requirements is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $25.00.

Amends Section 63-7-11 of the Mississippi Code of 1972.

Effective July 1, 2013.
