Removes the exemption from hunting and fishing license requirements for residents age 65 and older, requiring them to purchase a combination resident hunting and fishing license instead.

Sets the license fee for residents age 65 and older at $10.00 for a combination hunting and fishing license.

Makes all previously issued exempt hunting and fishing licenses for persons age 65 and older null and void effective July 1, 2013.

Allows senior residents age 65 and older to hunt turkey during fall season without purchasing an additional permit.

Maintains existing exemptions for minors under 16, blind persons, disabled veterans, paraplegics, multiple amputees, and active duty military personnel stationed outside Mississippi.
