Amends Mississippi Code Section 69-7-607 to expand country of origin labeling requirements to include "fish" as defined in the law, in addition to catfish products.

Requires retailers and food service establishments to inform consumers at point of sale of the country of origin for both catfish and fish products through labels, stamps, marks, placards, or menu disclosure.

Establishes that fish products may be designated as United States origin only if farm-raised fish are hatched, raised, harvested and processed in the US, or river/lake fish are harvested and processed in US waters and territories.

Requires distributors and wholesalers to provide country of origin information and certification to retailers and food service establishments, with verification through state or federal agencies regulating processing or sanitation standards.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
