Extends the repeal date from July 1, 2014 to July 1, 2016 for sections 73-21-83, 73-21-91, 73-21-157, and 73-21-159 relating to pharmacy benefit manager licensure and regulation.

Conforms the definitions of "pharmacy benefit manager" and "pharmacy benefit management plan" in the Pharmacy Benefit Prompt Pay Act to match those in the Pharmacy Audit Integrity Act (Section 73-21-179).

Sets initial pharmacy benefit manager licensure fees at a maximum of $500.00 and annual renewal fees at a maximum of $500.00, with late renewal fees of $500.00 for postmarked renewals after December 31.

Exempts from regulation the pharmacy benefit managers of the Mississippi State and School Employees Health Insurance Plan and the Mississippi Division of Medicaid when performing services for those entities, though they remain subject to regulation for other pharmacy benefit manager activities.

Becomes effective July 1, 2013.
