Increases funeral and burial expense limit from $6,500 to $8,125, and funeral transportation costs from $800 to $1,000.

Raises weekly work loss and dependent economic loss compensation from $600 to $750 per week, with aggregate victim compensation cap increased from $20,000 to $25,000.

Effective date is July 1, 2013.
