Authorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags to supporters of the Booneville School District, New Site High School, Thrasher High School, Jumpertown High School, and Wheeler High School, effective July 1, 2013.

Requires an additional annual fee of $30.00 per distinctive license tag, with $2.00 retained by county tax collectors for the county general fund.

Distributes each $30.00 fee as follows: $24.00 to the respective school district general fund, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund created in Section 27-19-44.2.

Establishes a $10.00 replacement fee for lost or stolen distinctive license tags, with 5% retained by tax collectors and the remainder distributed according to the same formula as regular distinctive tag fees.

Requires applications through county tax collectors on Department of Revenue forms, with regular license tags to be surrendered upon issuance of distinctive tags and up to two license decals issued per distinctive tag.
