Permits beer manufacturers with a maximum capacity of 200,000 barrels annually to sell limited amounts of beer on brewery premises in sealed individual packages not exceeding 2.25 gallons per package.

Restricts brewery on-premises sales to one package per individual within a 24-hour period, with sales not to exceed 5% of the manufacturer's total annual sales in a year.

Requires beer sold on brewery premises to be manufactured at that specific brewery location and priced at or above the average market price for the same beer in the area.

Exempts breweries from the prohibition on manufacturers having interest in retail operations and allows manufacturers with 200,000 barrel annual capacity to own and operate a brewpub in the same municipality as their principal business.

Effective July 1, 2013.
