Amends Mississippi Code sections 89-2-3, 89-2-23, 89-2-25, and 89-2-27 to add "operating aircraft" to the list of authorized outdoor recreational activities on certain property.

Landowners owe no duty of care to keep land safe for persons operating aircraft and are not required to warn of hazardous conditions for this activity.

Permission granted by a landowner for aircraft operation does not constitute an assurance that premises are safe or make the person an invitee to whom duty of care is owed.

Landowners remain liable for willful or malicious failure to warn of hazards, and for injuries to third parties or persons to whom the landowner owed a duty of care caused by aircraft operators.
