Commends the life and legacy of Mr. James William (Jimmy) Warren, Jr., of Holly Springs who passed away on March 18, 2013, and expresses deepest sympathy to his family and friends.

Honors Mr. Warren's educational achievements as valedictorian of Holly Springs High School and graduate of the University of Mississippi with bachelor's and juris doctorate degrees.

Recognizes Mr. Warren's extensive public service including roles as Holly Springs' first municipal judge, attorney for the Marshall County Board of Supervisors, assistant United States attorney for the Northern District of Mississippi, and 45-year volunteer firefighter.

Notes Mr. Warren's private service through his law practice Warren and Jones, community involvement with the Rotary Club and Christ Episcopal Church, and establishment of a criminal justice scholarship in memory of his son Robert T. Warren.

Directs that copies of the resolution be provided to the Warren family and Capitol Press Corps.
