Commends the life, legacy, and public service of Enterprise Police Chief Randy Junior Boykin, who died on March 19, 2013, after being struck by a vehicle while directing school traffic.

Recognizes Chief Boykin's 13 years of service with the Enterprise Police Department and his extended law enforcement career beginning in 1992 with the Clarke County Sheriff's Department.

Acknowledges his additional service as a charter member of the DeSoto Volunteer Fire Department (1983-1995), emergency medical responder, and member and commander of the Clarke County Rescue Squad.

Expresses deepest sympathy to his survivors including his wife Sandra, daughters Amy Smith and Jennifer Pugh, mother Doris Boykin, and other family members and colleagues.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Chief Boykin's family and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
