Honors United States Marine Corps Corporal Jacob Wooley from Corinth, Mississippi, who died in the line of duty on March 21, 2013, at Marine Corps Base Quantico in Virginia.

Recognizes Corporal Wooley's service beginning in February 2010 as a field radio operator, including promotions to corporal in 2012 and assignments to Okinawa, Japan, Thailand, the Philippines, and Quantico's officer candidate school.

Acknowledges his military awards including the Navy Meritorious Unit Commendation, Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and Sea Service Deployment Ribbon.
