Commends the Mississippi National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program for intervening in the lives of 16-18 year old high school dropouts and developing productive citizens since its founding in 1994.

Recognizes that the program has graduated 7,233 cadets over 18.5 years and has been named "Best Overall" National Guard ChalleNGe Program in the nation twice.

Congratulates the 37th class of 221 graduates for earning 153 GEDs, completing 39 college course enrollments (up to 15 semester hours from William Carey University), and completing various trade certifications and skills training.

Highlights the 37th class's 21,100 community service hours (averaging 95 hours per graduate, valued at over $153,000) and support for nonprofit causes including American Cancer Society's Relay for Life and Red Cross blood drives.

Directs copies of the resolution be furnished to the Mississippi National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program and Capitol Press Corps.
