Commends Mrs. Suzanne Byrd Poynor for her selection as State President of the General Federation of Women's Clubs-Mississippi Federation of Women's Clubs, Inc. for the 2012-2014 term.

Recognizes the GFWC-MFWC organization, established in 1898, for addressing community needs, promoting literacy, and encouraging health practices through volunteer service.
