Commends the Greenwood Mississippi Roundup Committee for planning and preparing to host the 36th National Bikers Roundup at the Tunica Arena & Exposition Center from July 31 through August 4, 2013.

Recognizes the committee's efforts in welcoming approximately 20,000 motorcycle enthusiasts and an extended audience of more than 30,000 visitors from across the country.

Acknowledges the leadership of Chairman Cleveland Woods and Co-Chairman Melvin McClinton and the volunteer efforts of committee members and Delta Region motorcycle clubs in organizing the event.

Recognizes the National Bikers Roundup as the largest annual camping rally in the country targeting African Americans and minority consumers, serving as a family-friendly celebration of community and camaraderie among motorcycle enthusiasts.
