Commends and congratulates the Charleston High School Tigers Football Team and Head Coach Tony Vance for winning the Mississippi High School Activities Association Class 3A North Mississippi Championship on December 1, 2012, with a 56-0 victory over Eastside High School.

Recognizes the Tigers' 14-2 season record and their second consecutive North Mississippi title.

Acknowledges the team's sustained success over four seasons, including a 2011 MHSAA Class 3A State Championship, 11-2 record in 2010, and 13-1 record in 2009.

Names the assistant coaches (Michael Dogan, Scott Martin, LaDon Taylor, Rusty Smith, and Kevin Farmer) and school administrators (Principals Marshall Whittemore and Michael Hargett, Superintendent Ellis H. Smith) who supported the program.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Charleston High School, Head Coach Tony Vance, and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
