Requests the House Rules Committee to reconsider or suspend its rules to take further action on Senate Bill No. 2207, which the committee had tabled on February 14, 2013.

Senate Bill No. 2207 extends repealers on four Mississippi Medicaid Law code sections scheduled to take effect July 1, 2013, including the Division of Medicaid and healthcare facility assessment funding provisions.

Notes that Senate Bill No. 2207 remains eligible for committee action until the March 5, 2013 deadline for Senate bills to be reported out of committee.

Identifies Senate Bill No. 2207 as the only remaining bill available to address the critical Medicaid repealers before the end of the 2013 Regular Session.

Directs that copies of the resolution be provided to the House Rules Committee and Capitol Press Corps.
