Requests the House Rules Committee to reconsider or suspend its rules to take further action on Senate Bill No. 2207, which the committee tabled on February 14, 2013.

Senate Bill No. 2207 extends repealers on four Mississippi Medicaid Law code sections that expire July 1, 2013, including the Division of Medicaid and healthcare facility assessment funding provisions.

Notes that Senate Bill No. 2207 remains viable until the March 5, 2013 deadline for Senate bills to be reported out of committee and is the only remaining bill available to address the expiring Medicaid provisions.

Warns that failure to extend the repealers before July 1, 2013 would be disastrous for Medicaid recipients and providers.

Directs the House Rules Committee to pass the bill out of committee to allow the full House to vote on it.
