Identifies four code sections in the Mississippi Medicaid Law subject to repealers set to take effect July 1, 2013, including Section 43-13-107 (Division of Medicaid) and Section 43-13-145 (facility assessment funding).

Notes that Senate Bill 2207 is the only remaining bill available to extend the repealer dates and prevent disruption to Medicaid recipients and providers.
