Requests the House Rules Committee to reconsider or suspend its rules to take further action on Senate Bill No. 2207, which had been tabled on February 14, 2013.

Senate Bill No. 2207 extends repealers on four Mississippi Medicaid Law code sections scheduled to take effect July 1, 2013, including provisions establishing the Division of Medicaid and funding the program through healthcare facility assessments.

Emphasizes that SB 2207 is the only remaining bill available to address the Medicaid repealers before the March 5, 2013 deadline for Senate bills to be reported from committee.

States that failure to extend the repealers would be "disastrous" for Medicaid recipients and providers, making legislative action before the end of the 2013 Regular Session imperative.

Directs copies of the resolution be provided to the House Rules Committee and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
