Honors the life of Marvin H. "Bobby" Caldwell, an Alcorn County School Board member who served 36 years on the board from 1970-2006 across six six-year terms.

Recognizes Caldwell's role in founding the Kossuth High School Band and helping purchase their first uniforms, with continued support after his retirement from the board.

Acknowledges his community contributions as a 32nd Degree Mason active in Shriners, Scottish Rites, Eastern Star, and York Rites, and his reputation for cooking Brunswick stew.

Notes his lifelong membership and service at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church.
