Acknowledges her educational credentials including a doctorate in oral medicine from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry (1991) and a master of public health in healthcare administration from the University of Southern Mississippi (1994).

Directs that a copy of the resolution be furnished to Dr. Stingley and the Capitol Press Corps.
