Amends Section 93-9-15 of the Mississippi Code to clarify that county court, circuit court, or chancery court has jurisdiction to award custody in paternity proceedings.

Authorizes courts to order the father to reimburse Medicaid for expenses of pregnancy and confinement of the mother.

Maintains existing court jurisdiction over modification or revocation of orders and adjustments to education, support, and maintenance amounts.

Preserves enforcement remedies available under the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act for duties of support and maintenance.

Takes effect upon passage.
