Create Section 73-25-2 requiring the State Board of Medical Licensure to maintain a searchable website listing each licensee's business address, medical school, graduation year, post-graduate training details, Mississippi license issuance date and type, and DEA narcotic prescription authorization status.

Amend Section 73-52-1 to allow disclosure of medical licensure application information when required under the new Section 73-25-2, creating an exception to the public records exemption for this specific data.

Require the searchable database to be operational by January 1, 2015, with a minimum six-month testing period, though the board may implement it earlier.

Authorize the State Board of Medical Licensure to establish rules and regulations necessary to implement the disclosure requirements.

Take effect July 1, 2013.
