Authorizes the State Board of Medical Licensure to waive the 5-year limitation on limited institutional licenses for foreign medical school graduates who meet specified criteria as of January 1, 2012.

Permits waiver of the 5-year limitation for foreign medical school graduates who hold a limited institutional license, have obtained yearly renewals for the previous 5 years, and whose employing state institution requests continued practice.

Authorizes the State Board of Medical Licensure to establish reasonable and uniform license fees for limited institutional licenses for foreign medical school graduates.

Grants a full license for the practice of medicine to a specific foreign medical school graduate who held an institutional license for 29 years, served as director of a Mississippi state-supported hospital on July 1, 2001, and passed the clinical competency portion of the Flex Examination.

Effective date: July 1, 2013.
