Designates certain highways and roads in Choctaw, Winston, and Noxubee Counties as an official Mississippi Scenic Byway named the "Noxubee Hills Route"

Route begins at the intersection of Choctaw Lake Road with Mississippi Highway 15 in Choctaw County and runs approximately 43 miles through the three counties, ending at US Highway 45 in Brooksville, Mississippi

Route crosses Choctaw Lake dam in the Tombigbee National Forest and passes through the Sam D. Hamilton Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge

Follows multiple roads including Choctaw Lake Road, Gumbranch-Ackerman Road, Bluff Lake Road, Lynn Creek Road, and other county roads

Takes effect July 1, 2013
