Amends Mississippi Code Section 25-4-105 to prohibit public officials from using public funds to print their names on items other than stationery, business cards, and office supplies for use by public employees.

Allows elected officials' names on limited items (stationery, business cards, and office supplies) but prohibits their use on public property such as vehicles, warning signs, buildings, and promotional items.

Violations are subject to penalties outlined in Sections 25-4-109 and 25-4-111 of Mississippi Code.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
