Extends the repeal date of medical radiation technologist registration statutes from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2015 for Section 41-58-1 and to July 1, 2018 for Section 41-58-3.

Reduces the Medical Radiation Advisory Council membership from 10 to 9 members by removing the limited x-ray machine operator position.

Requires limited x-ray machine operators to submit continuing education documentation to the Mississippi Board of Medical Licensure instead of the State Department of Health.

Updates the definition of "limited x-ray machine operator" to include both stationary and mobile (C-arm) fluoroscopic procedures in the list of excluded procedures.

Extends the repeal date of Section 41-58-5 (continuing education requirements) from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2015.
