Amends Section 63-1-13 of the Mississippi Code to require the Public Safety Commissioner to place a driver's license examiner at each county seat location at least one day every month upon request by the board of supervisors.

Counties must furnish the office space, heating and cooling, and phone service for each examiner location.

Authorizes the commissioner to employ a Director of the Driver License Examining Bureau and supervising examiners to oversee license personnel and conduct licensing examinations, road tests, and renewals.

Prohibits the commissioner from adopting any policy or regulation that prevents Highway Patrol officers from being employed in the Driver License Examining Bureau.

Effective upon passage.
