Authorizes municipal courts to charge a $50.00 filing fee for any proceeding to expunge a municipal court record.

Establishes a $150.00 filing fee for petitions to expunge offenses under Section 99-19-71(2) in circuit court, with $100.00 to the Judicial System Operation Fund, $40.00 to the District Attorneys Operation Fund, and $10.00 retained by the circuit clerk.

Corrects cross-reference error in Section 99-19-72 by specifying the fee applies to petitions under Section 99-19-71(2).

Makes various grammatical and stylistic corrections to Section 21-23-7 regarding municipal court procedures and jurisdiction.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
