Allows individuals convicted of a nonviolent felony to petition for expunction of one conviction five years after successful completion of all sentence terms and conditions.

Limits felony expunction to one per person during their lifetime.

Requires the petitioner to give ten days' written notice to the district attorney before any hearing and permits courts to grant expunction if the applicant is determined to be rehabilitated.

Sets a filing fee of $150 for felony expunction petitions, distributed as $100 to the Judicial System Operation Fund, $40 to the District Attorneys Operation Fund, and $10 to the circuit clerk.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
