Increases the Drug Court Fund assessment from $10.00 to $20.00 for traffic violations, implied consent law violations, game and fish law violations, and other felonies.

Increases the Drug Court Fund assessment from $8.00 to $18.00 for other misdemeanors.

Adjusts total state assessments for traffic violations through June 30, 2014 from $90.50 to $100.50, and from July 1, 2014 from $88.59 to $98.59.

Adjusts total state assessments for implied consent law violations from $243.50 to $253.50, game and fish violations from $89.00 to $99.00, misdemeanors from $106.75 to $116.75, and felonies from $280.50 to $290.50.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
