Revises penalties for indecent exposure misdemeanor offenses: first offense punishable by fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment not exceeding 6 months; second offense punishable by fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 1 year.

Establishes third or subsequent offense as a felony punishable by fine not exceeding $5,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 5 years.

Creates enhanced penalties for exposure to children under age 16 or by persons required to register as sex offenders: first offense is a misdemeanor with fine not exceeding $1,000 or 1 year imprisonment; second or subsequent offense is a felony with fine not exceeding $5,000 or up to 5 years in Department of Corrections.

Exempts breastfeeding from indecent exposure violations.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
