Adds the anabolic steroids methasterone and prostanozol to Schedule III controlled substances under Mississippi's Uniform Controlled Substances Law

Adds the depressant ezogabine (an anti-epileptic medication) to Schedule V controlled substances

Clarifies language in Schedule III to specify that anabolic steroids are drugs chemically and pharmacologically related to testosterone, excluding estrogens, progestins, corticosteroids, and dehydroepiandrosterone

Renumbers existing entries in the Schedule III anabolic steroids list and Schedule V depressants list to accommodate the new additions

Effective date of July 1, 2013
