Extends the automatic repeal date of the Child Death Review Panel from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2018.

Adds three new members to the 15-member panel: the Mississippi Children's Justice Center, Safe Kids Mississippi, and the Mississippi State Fire Marshal's office.

Removes the Compassionate Friends organization from the panel membership.

The panel continues to foster reduction of infant and child mortality in Mississippi and submit annual reports to legislative committees by December 1.

Effective July 1, 2013.
