Defines "Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic Critical Care" as a person licensed as a Mississippi EMT Paramedic who has successfully completed a critical care paramedic program recognized by the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services and the Mississippi State Department of Health.

Authorizes the Mississippi State Board of Health to promulgate rules and regulations for advanced life-support personnel, including the new EMT-Paramedic Critical Care classification.

Makes it unlawful for any person to represent themselves as an EMT-Paramedic Critical Care or use related titles, abbreviations, or insignia unless certified in accordance with state law and board regulations.

Makes it unlawful to employ an uncertified EMT-Paramedic Critical Care provider to deliver basic or advanced life-support services.

Subjects EMT-Paramedic Critical Care personnel who violate state statutes or board regulations to administrative fines up to $1,000.
