• Extends the automatic repeal date from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2014 for statutes establishing the Division of Medicaid and health care services covered under the Medicaid program.

• Deletes the freeze on nursing facility reimbursement rates that had been locked at January 1, 2012 levels.

• Brings forward Section 43-13-115 defining Medicaid recipients and eligibility categories without substantive changes.

• Extends the automatic repeal date from June 30, 2013 to June 30, 2014 for the temporary transportation program providing nonemergency dialysis services to eligible elderly and disabled patients.

• Extends the automatic repeal date from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2014 for hospital assessment provisions and disproportionate share hospital and Medicare upper payment limit payment authorizations.
