Amends Mississippi Code sections 93-11-103 and 93-11-105 to eliminate the requirement that the Department of Human Services file administrative income withholding notices with the court.

Modifies section 93-11-105(2) so that the Department of Human Services only transmits a copy of the administrative withholding order to the obligor by regular mail, rather than also filing it with the court clerk.

Withholding orders remain subject to the same requirements regarding amounts withheld, notice to obligors, and employer procedures under existing law.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
