Eliminates the one-week waiting period required for unemployment compensation benefits eligibility until July 1, 2015.

Amends Section 71-5-511 of the Mississippi Code to remove the requirement that unemployed individuals must wait one week before receiving benefits during the specified period.

Restores the one-week waiting period requirement effective July 1, 2015, returning to prior law after the temporary elimination expires.

All other eligibility requirements for unemployment benefits remain unchanged, including work registration, reemployment services participation, ability to work, and wage requirements.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
