Prohibits municipal officials and governing authorities from limiting or restricting the enforcement of federal immigration laws to less than the full extent permitted by federal law.

Prevents municipalities from being restricted from sending, receiving, or maintaining information about immigration status (lawful or unlawful) and exchanging such information with federal, state, or local governmental entities.

Allows immigration status information exchange for determining eligibility for public benefits, services, or licenses and verifying residence or domicil claims.

Permits information sharing to determine compliance with federal alien registration laws under the Immigration and Nationality Act and allows compliance with 8 USC Sections 1373 and 1644.
