Amends Section 55-13-35 of Mississippi Code to exempt buildings and structures not visible from the Natchez Trace Parkway due to topography or vegetation obstruction from height restrictions.

Height restrictions of 3 stories or 35 feet maximum remain in effect for visible buildings and structures within 1,000 feet of the Natchez Trace Parkway boundary.

Adds a new exemption category (d) to existing exemptions for agricultural buildings, churches, and public school district educational buildings.

Effective date: July 1, 2013.
