Extends the maximum period for Mississippi Development Authority (MDA) incentive payments to tourism project participants from 10 years to 15 years after a project opens for commercial operation

Adds a new category of eligible "tourism project" to include attractions located within historic districts listed in the National Register of Historic Places that are open to the public, seat at least 40 persons, operate at least 5 days per week from 6:00 p.m. until midnight, serve food and beverages, and provide live entertainment at least 3 nights per week

Maintains the cap on total incentive payments at 30% of approved project costs, with participants receiving 80% of sales tax revenue collected from tourism project operations

Updates statutory references from "State Tax Commission" to "Department of Revenue"
