Amends Section 49-7-32 of the Mississippi Code to require the Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks to issue depredation permits allowing farmers to use dogs during turkey season for controlling wild hogs on their property.

Authorizes the Commission to establish the term length of depredation permits, which may be less than the full length of turkey season.

Maintains the Commission's existing authority to establish closed seasons on running, hunting, chasing or pursuing with dogs of raccoon, fox or other wild animals during turkey season in designated areas.

Takes effect upon passage.
