Direct the State Fiscal Officer to transfer $76,439,468.00 to the Budget Contingency Fund during fiscal year 2014 from the Department of Insurance ($3,000,000), Treasurer's Office Unclaimed Property ($3,700,000), and Working Cash-Stabilization Reserve Fund ($69,739,468).

Transfer $14,136,335.00 from the Health Care Trust Fund to the Health Care Expendable Fund during fiscal year 2014.

Extend the automatic repeal date of Section 43-13-405 (Health Care Trust Fund) from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2014.

Extend the automatic repeal date of subsections (1), (2), (5), (6) and (7) of Section 43-13-407 (Health Care Expendable Fund) from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2014.

Act takes effect July 1, 2013.
