Extends the repeal date for definitions under the Petroleum Products Inspection Law from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2017 in Section 75-55-5, Mississippi Code of 1972.

Extends the repeal date for penalties under the Petroleum Products Inspection Law from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2017 in Section 75-55-37, Mississippi Code of 1972.

Maintains existing specifications for commercial gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, racing gasoline, lubricating oils, and other petroleum products under the inspection law during the extended period.

Preserves enforcement authority for the Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce and State Chemist to inspect equipment, issue stop sale orders, assess civil penalties up to $3,000 per violation, and suspend or revoke registrations for violations.
