Authorizes the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics to create and maintain an official state government website for publishing forfeiture notices as an alternative to newspaper publication.

Allows notice of intent to forfeit seized property to be posted on the forfeiture website for at least 30 consecutive days when direct notice cannot be given by certified mail or personal delivery.

Permits other seizing law enforcement agencies to use the Bureau of Narcotics forfeiture website, with the bureau authorized to charge reasonable fees for such usage.

Applies to administrative forfeiture of property valued at $20,000 or less seized under the Uniform Controlled Substances Law.

Effective July 1, 2013.
