Amends Sections 27-13-5 and 27-13-7 to update internal code references regarding annual reports from Section 79-3-249 to Section 79-4-16.22 for both domestic and foreign corporations.

Amends Section 27-13-17 to correct code references for combined returns of franchise tax, income tax, and annual corporate reports from Section 79-3-249 to Section 79-4-16.22.

Amends Sections 79-7-1 and 79-11-57 to update references to the Model Business Corporation Act from Chapter 3 to Chapter 4, Title 79, and changes section references from 79-3-117 to 79-4-10.01 et seq.

Repeals Section 79-17-41, which previously provided for changing the corporate form of a cooperative association.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
