Abolishes the Home Inspector Regulatory Board and transfers all regulatory duties to the Mississippi Real Estate Commission.

Authorizes the Mississippi Real Estate Commission to receive applications, issue licenses, conduct examinations, and enforce home inspector licensing requirements.

Grants the Commission authority to suspend or revoke licenses, conduct investigations, subpoena records, and hold disciplinary hearings for licensed home inspectors.

Establishes the Home Inspector License Fund to collect and manage licensing fees, with revenue used for Commission salaries, expenses, and educational purposes.

Sunsets on July 1, 2017, meaning the law will automatically expire unless extended by the Legislature.
